I am a humorist/writer, wife of twenty-seven years, and mother of two daughters and three dogs. The frozen Tundra of Minneapolis Minnesota is our home.
For twenty years, I played a soccer Mom, and corporate wife; alias “June Cleaver” clone. Tired of housework, I realized that becoming a writer was a dream of mine, and I was determined to pursue it. My husband’s wit and childish behavior make him the butt of much of my humor.
In an apparent act of revenge, my husband has become a Top-Gun wanna-be. He now touts a private pilot license and provides ample opportunity to validate my fear of flying. My daughters, while both in college, come home regularly because they suffer from “run-outta”; run-outta food, clothes and /or money.My families’ antics (including the “Fur-bulous Trio”) provide me with ample material. While I enjoy writing inspirational and animal related pieces, my first love is humor.
